Getting started is easy! Simply click on “Book Now” to select your preferred service schedule. Our user-friendly platform allows you to manage your subscription with ease, ensuring your yard stays clean without any hassle.
Sign up for Services
Click on the Book Now button, enter your zip code, and complete the signup process right on our website. If you have questions you can give our friendly staff a call, message us on Facebook, or use our online chat tool.
Schedule Your Initial Cleanup
Once you sign up for services a Scoop Squad representative will reach out to schedule your initial cleanup and walk you through the entire process.
FormalRecommendations
Once we have gathered all the information about your community and performed a site visit, our team of professional pooper scoopers will put together a complementary pet waste management plan for your property. These plans will typically include recommendations for dog waste station placements, sqft of common area space that needs to be manually cleaned, and what service frequency your property needs to reduce your dog waste problem.
Attach Payment Method
All billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services are provided. You are able to setup automatic payments with a bank account or credit/debit card. Once auto pay is setup Swoop Scoop will generate your invoice and send you a receipt via email. These records can also be seen in the customer portal. If payment is not received prior to your first cleaning of the month you will be removed from the service schedule
