Do you provide dog waste removal services all year round?

Yes! Scoop Squad provides dog waste removal services year-round at all of our locations. Even in the winter, we will still show up to provide services. In locations with snow, most of the waste that accumulates is still scoopable.

How do you ensure the safety of my dogs?

The safety of our clients and their dogs is a top priority at Scoop Squad. To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take gate pictures when we are done cleaning so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard, and we ensure all our employees are background checked.

How do you dispose of the pet waste after each cleanup?

Proper disposal is essential to environmental safety as dog poop is considered a hazardous material. Each location is slightly different. In Spokane and North Idaho, we will take the waste off your property and properly dispose of it with Waste Management. In Seattle, Everett, and Tacoma, we will double bag the waste and place it in each customer’s trash can or neatly on the side of their house.

Can you clean with my dog in the yard?

We prefer to have no pets outdoors while we are cleaning. It is only required if the dog has shown signs of aggression in the past. If your dog is aggressive towards our team, you will be asked to put them inside or be completely removed from our route.

Do you provide arrival windows for services?

Yes, our team will send you a curtesy text 10-20 minutes prior to arriving.
